  XPcurrDigit()
  Returns #of digits used after the decimal
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Function:    XPcurrdigit()

  Syntax:      XPcurrDigits() --> nDigits

  Arguments:   None

  Returns:     XPcurrSymbol() returns the number of digits to
               use after the decimal point.

  Usage:       Italy, for instance, returns 0.
