   XPcancelAll()
   Cancel All file(s) in Print

   Function:   XPcancelAll()

               This function works much like XPcancelFile(), it
               cancels all files that were in the print queue.
               Note that this may also Cancel files that where inserted
               in the Queue by another application, that ran before
               this application started.

   Syntax:     XPcancelAll()

   Arguments:  None.

   Returns:    DOS error code, 0 means no error
