  XPnoSound()
  Turn off the Computer's speaker

  Function:    XPnoSound()

               XPnoSound() turns the PCs internal  speaker Off. Use
               this function after call(s) to XPsound().

               Failure to do so may make your users crazy..

  Syntax:      XPnoSound().

  Arguments:   None.

  Returns:     Nothing.

  Usage:       See XPsound() example.
