 Overview
 About the Keyboard routines:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This section has some Keyboard routines. However, they will work
only on the later ATs (after 1986), which have support for the
extended/enhanced keyboard. XPfastKey() and XPslowKey() will work on every
AT, however. Note also that 98% of the ATs currently running have support
for the extended keyboard functions, which are used here.

Be sure to use these functions on the later ATs then, If you want to test
for an AT, you could do so by using XPcpuval(), and eventually XPromdate()
to ensure oneself it's a later AT. When executed on a XT or early AT,
 garbage is returned

 Shift/Lock Status Functions:
The 2nd part of the list is simply a list of functions available for
 inspection of the shift status.

the XP...Press() functions indicate whether the key is being depressed
at this moment, the XP...Lock() indicate the Lock status of the key.
