XPmouseLan()
 Get/Set the language for Driver messages

   Function:   XPmouseLan()

               Returns the MOUSE.COM driver langauage code,
               one can eventually set a new Language.

               US versions ignore the setting, and always
               return 0.

               Useful? I doubt it, but added anyway..

   Syntax:     XPmouseLan(nNewLanguage) --> nLanguage

  Arguments:  An eventual Language to set.

  Returns:    The current language code:

                           0 -> English
                           1 -> French
                           2 -> Dutch
                           3 -> German
                           4 -> Swedish
                           5 -> Finnish
                           6 -> Spanish
                           7 -> Portugese
                           8 -> Italian

  Usage:      XPmouseLan(2) --> No, no need to use XPmuis()..,
             just stick to XPmouse(), but messages from MOUSE.COM will be
             in dutch, for what it'w worth...
