 Returns the name of the Norton Guide

 Function:      NGname()

 Syntax:        NGname() --> cGuideTitle

 Description:   Get the name of the openend database.

 Returns:       The name of the database opened by NGopen()
                The name of the guide has a maximum length of 40 characters
