   XPkeybUSA()
   Set KEYBoard to standard mode (US).

   Function:   XPkeybUSA()

               When KEYB.COM is installed (only for DOS versions
               3+), this function resets the standard keyboard.
               This is identical to pressing Ctrl-Alt-F1.

   Syntax:     XPkeybUSA()

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    Nothing.
