   XPdosMinor()
   Returns the DOS Minor version number

   Function:   XPdosMinor()

               Returns the DOS Minor version number, this
               function can come in handy when using features
               that work only on a certain value of DOS versions.

   Syntax:     XPdosMinor() --> nMinor

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    A number representing the DOS minor version
               number (eg. DOS 3.30 returns 30).
