 The Expand Library License Agreement

 This Library, EXPAND.LIB, its accompanying documentation,
 and the demonstration programs are copyright (c)1990,
 1991, 1992 by Softwarebureau Pepijn Smits.

 The Expand Library v3.00 For Clipper 5.01 is a commercial product;
 You may use the Evaluation version of the Library for testing purposes
 only. If and when you decide to use this Library in your Applications,
 you are required to purchase the Library. XPversion() returns the
 exact version number, and what kind of version you currently have.

 Once purchased, there is no run-time royalty, nor is there a limitation
 to the usage of the Commercial version in any Application. You are free
 to distribute/sell programs that have been linked using this library
 without mentionning the presence of it.

 Commercial versions of the Library may be placed on a Medium deserving
 more Computers, located in the same building, as long as it stored
 only once per registration for daily use (eg. a LAN Network server is Ok).
 Temporary copies may be made when the work on a project requires such a
 copy of the Library (eg. Copying to RAM disk, but also storing on a LapTop
 for work over the week-end is Okay). A reasonable amount of Backup copies may
 be made, as long as the sole purpose of the copy is a Back-up copy.

 Evaluation versions of the Library may be distributed. As long as all items
 are distributed in their original form.

 The Commercial version of the Library may IN NO WAY be distributed,
 only the Evaluation version may be distributed.

 Note that changes may not be made to EXPAND.LIB and EXPAND.NG,
 under NO circumstances.

 Non-profit organisations are prohibited from charging any fee for
 distributing the Evaluation version of the library and its documentation
 that exceeds by more than . 20,- (. $10 US) the currently prevailing
 cost of materials distributed. Neither the library nor its documentation
 may be included in any commercial package whatsoever, without prior written
 consent of the author. Organisations destributing the Evaluation version
 must state clearly that this is Commercial software, meaning that people
 acquering the library must still purchase the library for usage other than
 testing/evaluation purposes.

 The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential
 or incidental damages resulting from, or seeming to result from, use, test
 or distribution of the library and the accompanying programs. This
 applies even if the author has been adviced of the possibility of such
 damages.

 The author does not hold any obligation to inform users of anomalies, or
 other behaviour of functions other than mentionned in the documentation.
 Great care has been taken into the writing, documenting and testing of the
 functions, but guarantees cannot be given for every possible situation,
 considering the number of configurations for Personal Computers, and the
 complexity of some of the items involved.

 Use of this Library constitutes agreement to the preceding paragraphs,
 as well as to the proposition that by such use you become bound to the
 terms of this agreement.
