About Tweaks

SimbiontAM's shaders, maps, and materials all have controls, called Tweaks,  for changing material attributes. With Animation Master 9.5, in addition to modifying attributes, you can animate the Tweaks as well.

 Below left is a screen shot of the Tweaks that come with the "Rusty Steel" material (shown right), and a shot of the "Rust 2" Tweak from the same material, opened and ready to be adjusted (right).

Tweak controls are where SimbiontAM 2.5 excels over regular bitmap texturing.  Using Tweaks, you can easily change attribute values and make the material conform to your artistic vision. After you select a Tweak that you would like to modify, the appropriate controls will be dynamically created.  And as you adjust a Tweak control, the preview image continuously updates to reflect your changes.
