You must complete this section if, during the year ending 5 April 2000, you received:
 

  • taxable social security benefits (you can ignore any benefits which are tax-free, such as child benefit)
  • a state pension
  • pensions from either a past employer or from your own pension scheme
  • a refund of any surplus additional voluntary contributions you paid to a pension scheme.

You should get the information you need from your benefit office, or from the P60 sent to you by your old employer, or from a statement from your pensions provider.
