Purpose
This page lets you restrict all members of the workgroup from creating their own personal display profiles. Instead, all users may be forced to use a specified public profile.
This page also lets you choose whether or not supervisors will be prompted to save a public profile every time they make changes to it.
Usage
If you wish to restrict all users from making their own personal display profiles then check the All users will use the public profile check box and select the profile that you wish them to use from the drop down list.
If you do not wish for all supervisors to be prompted every time they change a public display profile, then uncheck the Prompt before saving public profile check box. OfficeTalk will automatically save the profile when it is changed by a supervisor.
