Purpose
This page lets you supply details of response messages, that the virtual mailbox will automatically send out, on receiving mail. If you do not wish the virtual mailbox to automatically respond to senders then leave the fields in this page blank.
Usage
Enter the filename of the file which contains the response file. If this is a textual file then select the Import file into response radio button. If this is a binary file then select the Attach file to response. In this case, the file will be added to the outgoing message as a binary attachment.
