Search Items dialog box

Purpose

This page lets you search for items.

Usage

Option Description

Field Select the field that you wish to search. By default, Name field only is selected. Alternatively, you may choose All text fields which includes category fields or All fields which includes date fields and any custom fields.

Text Enter the text that you wish to search for into this field.

When you have supplied the relevant information, press the Search button. The results are displayed in the Results list at the bottom of the page as they are found. To view one of the found items, select the appropriate item from the list of results and press Goto. You may press the Stop button at any time in order to stop the search process.
