Purpose
This page lets you print out the currently selected conversation and any conversations in the thread. If you wish to print out a list of individual conversations then you should filter the history list by conversation and use Print History.
Usage
| Option | Description |
| Selected conversation | Select this radio button if you wish to print only the selected conversation. |
| All in selected thread | Select this radio button if you wish to print all conversations belonging to the thread. |
| Print as shown | Select this radio button if you wish to print all the fields currently shown in the History view in Contact mode. |
| Print using options | Select this radio button if you wish to print only fields that you select from the Fields list. |
| Line between each conversation | Check this check box if you wish to draw a horizontal line between each consecutive record. |
| New page per conversation | Check this check box if you wish to start a new page for each new conversation. |
| Print subject line | Check this check box if you wish to print the subject of the conversation item in its own font prior to the other fields. |
| Print Field Titles | Check this check box if you wish to print the field names above each field that is printed. |
| Print conversation text | Check this check box if you wish to print the text associated with each conversation. |
