Inform Recipients Page

Purpose

This page lets you choose how to inform the invited recipients of the meeting.

Usage

If you choose Mail, then the recipients will receive a mail message from which they may respond to your invitation using push buttons that will appear at the top of the message. If you choose Notify, then all recipients will each receive a notification informing them of the meeting. They may reply using the standard Yes and No buttons located on the notification form. If you do not wish to inform the recipients of the meeting then select the Do not inform recipients radio button.
