Purpose
This page lets you choose the directory to which the HTML files will be written. Additionally, this page lets you specify how and where the HTML files will be copied to the Internet.
Usage
Enter a directory, to which HTML files will be output, into the field at the top of the page. OfficeTalk will provide a default directory which should be used.
If you wish to copy the HTML files to your web account on the Internet, then check the Copy files from this directory to the Internet. If you have any sub directories containing files which you wish to be copied to the Internet, then check the Include sub-directories check box.
From the Dial-up Service drop down list, select the dial-up service that must be used in order to connect to your Internet account. Use the Properties… and New Connection button to administer an existing or create a new dial-up service.
Enter the name of the server computer which you usually connect to in order to administer your web site, for example, 'www.demon.co.uk'.
Enter your login name and password which you use to access your web site account into the Login Name and Password fields.
Enter the name of the directory to which you normally upload files, for example, 'Incoming'. Often, your Internet provider requires you to copy files to one directory and then copy the files to another directory. If this is the case, then enter the name of this directory into the transfer to field. This directory should be releative to the initial directory, for example, 'docs'.
