Purpose
This dialog box lets you choose what to do with a pair of duplicate companies.
Usage
When two identical companies are found as the result of a check for duplicates, the Address 1 field of both companies is displayed. You may study the details of each matching company by pressing the appropriate Details button. Doing this will show the relevant Company property sheet.
If you the two companies represent separate sites of the same company then you can make this representation in OfficeTalk by pressing the Make Additional Site button. Each company will then be available when viewing the other by pressing the More… marker located in the top right of the Company view.
If you wish to ignore the duplicate pair then press the Skip button.
If you wish to remove the first (top most) company then press the Delete First button.
If you wish to remove the second (bottom most) company then press the Delete Second button.
