Purpose
This page lets you choose options for the specific purpose of adding companies and contacts to contact groups using drag and drop.
Usage
When you drag a company from the Company view or Directory view and drop it onto a contact group, OfficeTalk needs to know whether to add the associated employees to the contact group. You may specify this information by selecting one of the following radio buttons:
Option | Description |
Do not add employees | When dropping a company onto a contact group, do not add any of the employees. |
Add all employees | When dropping a company onto a contact group, always add all employees. |
Prompt | OfficeTalk should ask you which employees you wish to add. |
