Drag/Drop Preferences Page

Purpose

This page lets you choose options for the specific purpose of adding companies and contacts to contact groups using drag and drop.

Usage

When you drag a company from the Company view or Directory view and drop it onto a contact group, OfficeTalk needs to know whether to add the associated employees to the contact group. You may specify this information by selecting one of the following radio buttons:

Option Description
Do not add employees When dropping a company onto a contact group, do not add any of the employees.
Add all employees When dropping a company onto a contact group, always add all employees.
Prompt OfficeTalk should ask you which employees you wish to add.
When you drag a contact from the Contact view or Directory view and drop it onto a contact group, OfficeTalk needs to know whether you wish to add the employing company to contact group in addition. You may specify this information by selecting one of the following radio buttons:

Option Description
Do not add company When dropping a contact onto a contact group, do not add the employing company.
Add company When dropping a contact onto a contact group, always add the company.
Prompt OfficeTalk should ask you whether or not you wish to add the employing company.
