Document Templates Page

Purpose

This page lets you add, edit, delete and design document templates. Document templates are used when writing documents, such as letters and faxes, and when creating mail merges.

Usage

You may add a new document template by pressing the Add button. You may edit an existing document template by selecting the relevant template from the list and pressing the Edit button. In both cases, a Document Template dialog box is displayed letting you specify the relevant details. You may delete an existing document template by selecting the relevant template from the list and pressing the Delete button. You may update the design of an existing document template by selecting the relevant template from the list and pressing the Design button. OfficeTalk will run your preferred word processor letting you change the template accordingly.
