Purpose
This page lets you select certain task and appointment options.
Usage
| Option | Description |
| Default Remind Time | The remind time value shown by default in the appointment dialog box. |
| Lines through completed tasks | Draws a horizontal line through tasks that have been completed |
| Show instructions dialog when assigning task | Check this check box if you always wish to show an instructions dialog box whenever you assign a task. If you do not check this check box, no instructions will be sent with any tasks that you assign. |
| Change time bar to time zone of remote workgroup | Check this check box if you wish to change the time zone displayed in the time bar of the daily appointment view to the time zone of the viewed remote workgroup. |
