Purpose
This page lets you enter a new conversation or edit an existing one. A conversation is a written record of a telephone conversation or other form of discussion that you held with a contact or company.
Usage
Enter the subject of the conversation into the Subject field. Select, from the Direction drop down list, whether this is an outgoing or an incoming conversation. If you were previously viewing the company or contact with whom you had the conversation then the relevant company or contact will be displayed in the Company and Contact fields. If you wish to select a different company or contact, then do so by pressing the {bmct help0171.bmp} button next to the relevant field.
