Purpose
This dialog box is displayed if you have tried to add a contact with exactly the same name as an existing contact.
In such a situation, you may choose either to add the contact as a seprate record or to cancel the addition of the contact.
Usage
Decide which option you wish to take and then press the appropriate button situated at the bottom of the dialog box.
