Purpose

This page lets you specify the details for a new or existing contact.

Usage

Option Description

Title The contact's title, for example, Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr etc

First Names The contact's first name or names

Last Name The contact's last name

Phone/ext. The contact's business phone extension number

Position The contact's position within the organisation, e.g. Department Manager, Vice President.

Department The organisational department or team to which the contact belongs, e.g. Sales Team

Email Address The contact's e-mail address

WWW Address The contact's web address

Comment A public comment associated with the contact

Employee of Shows which company employs this contact. You may select a company by pressing the button associated with this field.
