Purpose
This page lets you define the type of access that users have to this item.
Usage
If you wish to give the owner (usually you) full access to this item and give everybody else no access then select the Private radio button.
If you wish to make this item available to all users that have access to you, as a user, then select the Personal radio button. Those users' access to this item will be the same as their access to you. Their access to the contents of the item will be the same as their access to the item itself. For example, in the case of a planner, the affected user's will have the same access to the keys and bookings of the planner as they have to the planner item itself.
