When you click on the "File" menu, a menu will drop down that allows you to exit the program. Another important selection here is the "Check for Updates" selection. By selecting this menu choice, AddWeb 4 checks for any updates to the program as well as any other program related information that can be updated.
Items that can be automatically updated include: The AddWeb program code, engine database, Rank Check scripts, Page Advisor tips, Page Advisor scripts. AddWeb automatically checks for updates every time you start it. However, if you would like to force an update check, please use this menu selection
Check For Updates
This tells AddWeb to connect to the Update Server to ensure that you are using the latest version of AddWeb with the latest databases and scripts.
Import and AutoRun
This feature, only available in the Pro edition, will allow you to gather submission information from your customers through a web page and automatically submit the selected profiles from a text based input file.
Back Up Data
Back Up your Data! Always! Maybe we should say it again, Back Up!!!
Exit
This will close AddWeb.
