Main Reports
		The Reports Wizard allows you to produce really useful reports from the mass of information in you TCM 4000 database. You can produce lists of Contacts or Companies or Assets according to the filter criteria which you enter into the Wizard at each of the stages that you click through.. For example, you can produce a list of all of the contacts that you have made a telephone call to within the past week and in which you recorded by using the Template buttons that you would mail them information. You could refine this to cover all such contacts in a particular town or post code area, or you could restrict the search to just a part of the database. Once you have produced your report in TCM you can paste it into Excel or you can produce a Virtual Folder in TCM or put the information into a TCM Table. In this case you have a ready made list to either call or e-mail from. The new Fast Track element of the Reports can get you vital information which is related to time periods very quickly from amongst the largest of databases.
		Flash Reports
		As the name suggests, these are quick reports, produced in a Flash! They are ideal for statistical information - if you want to know how many Financial Directors there are in Birmingham then, provided that you have the information in your TCM 4000 database you can get the information in a flash and then drill down to home in on the names or further details of those contacts.
		Detailed Summary
		The Detailed Summary puts statistics and drill down on your diary page. If you want to know how many sales or budget Forecasts you have made today, or this week, or a period, then that figure can be accessible to you from amongst the mass of data in your diary. You can also set up additional columns which search for specific annotations which you have made in telephone calls or e-mails and then drill down to produce a table of those items. Once you have worked with these tools then you will never settle for anything less!
