Searching the database
  When you have added someone to the database you need a fast way of finding them. Click the Search button to open the Search window and you will be able to search on any indexed field.

• If you are in the Filing screen, clicking a search result will go to that folder
• If you are in the Incoming Call screen, clicking a search result will take a call from that person
• If you are in the Outgoing Call screen, clicking a search result will make a call to that person
• If you are in the Notes screen, clicking a search result will add that person as a recipient of the notes
• If you are in any other screen, TCM will revert back to the Filing screen
     
  Note: TCM adds new entries to the index during idle time on your computer. For this reason you might find that if you search for someone immediately after adding them you don't get any matches. This is because your computer hasn't had chance to add them to the index.
     
  You can force the indexing by clicking the Do outstanding tasks button in the Search screen.
