Importing a database

If you are already using a database application to hold your contacts, you can import it into TCM using the Import Wizard which you can find in the Wizards menu. The Wizard supports database from these applications: • Microsoft Outlook® • Act!® version 4 • Act!2000® • Maximiser version 5 You can also import data from a CSV file. Most database applications will allow you to export your database in CSV format. If you are able to view your database in a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel®, you can copy it into the Windows Clipboard and import it into TCM via the Clipboard.
