If you want to restore your data, go the File menu and select the Restore Data option.

Then you have to select the file name where you previously backed up your data and click on the Open button. Click on the Open button if you want to cancel your data restore. (see picture below)

NOTE: when you restore your data, the current database will be overwritten and you will lose your data. It is recommended to backup your data before trying to restore it. The program will display a warning before performing the data restore.
