If you want to preview how an item will be print, go the File menu and select the Print Preview option. The Print Preview window will be displayed (see picture below).

You can select the zoom level from the following options: 100%, 75%, 50%, Full Page, Full Width.

You can navigate between pages using the Previous button and Next button.

Click the Print button to print data or click Close to close this window.
