After you start the PIM, the application will try to connect you to the last open database or to the default database if the first does not exist, and the login window is displayed (see picture below) .
You have to enter the user name and the password that have been assigned by the system administrator and then press the OK button. After a successful login, the name of the current database is displayed in the application status bar.
If you press the Cancel button, you will not be connected to the database, but you can later open a database or simply return to your default data.
If you choose the Remember Login Password option, the PIM will automatically attempt to login with your last used login user name and password.
NOTE: If there are no users defined for a database, the login window will not be displayed and you will be logged in automatically.
