If you want to backup your data, go the File menu and select the Backup Data option.

Then you have to select the file name and the location where you want to make the backup and click on the Save button. Click on the Cancel button if you want to cancel your backup. (see picture below)

NOTE: the file name for backup is AMFBKUP and current date formatted as Year (4 digits) Month (2 digits) and Day (2 digits) followed by the mdb extension.
