Accessing technical support

If you are eligible to receive technical support, you can access support resources, such as FAQs and known issues, directly from Zone Labs security software.

To access support resources:

Select Overview|Prod Info.


In the Support and Update Information area, click the click here link.



The Zone Labs Support Center Web site appears.

Click the Support & Services link, then select the product for which you need support.
