Click this button to edit the currently selected Task.
Delete
Click here to delete the currently selected Task.
Disable
Click here to disable the currently selected Task. The Task will not run until it is Enabled again
Skip To Next Occurrence
Click this button to reschedule the selected repeating Task to the next scheduled occurrence.
Run Now
Force the Scheduled Task to run now.
Stop
Stop the currently active Scheduled Task.
Scheduler ON/OFF
Activate the Scheduler to run unattended or deactivate it to regain access to editing information in AddWeb 4.
Sort Tasks by Name
Arrange the list of Scheduled Tasks alphabetically.
Sort Tasks by Time
Arrange the list of Scheduled Tasks in order of next occurrence.
Delete Tasks when complete
Select this option to remove completed non-repeating Tasks from the list.
Task Name
This is the unique name of the Scheduled Task.
Action
This is the process the Scheduled Task is to perform.
Status
This tells you if the Scheduled Task is currently Scheduled, Running or Disabled.
Repeating
This displays, if applicable, how often the Scheduled Task will repeat.
Scheduled Time
This is the Date and Time the Scheduled Task is due to run next. If the time has passed, the Task will run when the Scheduler is turned on next.
