What do you do when you're ready to try your hand at an offline HTML editor such as HIPPIE(tm) but need a little help making the transition from Prodigy's online Personal Web Pages HTML Scratchpad(tm) to creating pages offline?

It couldn't be easier! To help you get started, we've created a few basic templates based on the content available in HTML Scratchpad(tm) that you can save to disk and edit. When you're finished, you can upload these pages using Web Site Manager.

We've created four basic templates with embedded instructions to help you quickly create HTML offline. All you have to do is follow the instructions and replace text as suggested. The embedded comments on the samples won't be displayed to visitor's to your page. You can edit them out by deleting them after customizing your page or you can leave them as is so that they will be available to you when you next update your page. It couldn't be easier!

How the templates work:

1. From Hippie, select the File Menu and then Open.

2. Navigate to the tutorial subdirectory under your Hippie directory, highlight the file and then select OK.

It's really easy to follow the embedded comments but here's a sample of what you'll find!
