Adding Text to a Leader

To create a spline leader with text

  1. From the Dimension menu, choose Leader.
  2. Specify the start point of the leader.
  3. Specify the second point of the leader.
  4. Enter f (Format).
  5. Enter s (Spline).
  6. Continue to specify points, or press ENTER to end the leader.

    The spline control points are determined by the leader vertices, each of which is given equal unit weight. You do not have to specify end tangent points as you do for ordinary splines.

  7. Enter the line of text. Press ENTER to enter new lines of text as needed.
  8. Press ENTER again to end the command.
