The OFFSET command creates a new object at a specified distance from an existing object or through a specified point.

Specify a point (1) on the side of the object you want to offset

AutoCAD LT repeats the two prompts, enabling you to create multiple offset objects. To end the command, press ENTER at the Select Object to Offset prompt.
