MSLIDE Command

Creates a slide file of the current viewport

Command line: mslide

The Create Slide File dialog box is displayed.


A slide file is a raster image of a view.

Off-screen portions of the drawing, or layers that are off or frozen, are not included in the slide.

Create Slide File Dialog Box

Save in

Select the drive and directory you want to contain the slide file.

File Name

Enter the name of the slide file (extension .sld) you want to create.

List Files of Type

Select the type of files you want to see in the File Name list.

Related Commands: VSLIDE displays slide files in the current view.
Utilities: SLIDELIB creates slide libraries (file extension .slb).
