Insert snaps to the insertion point of a block, text, attribute (which contains information about the block), or attribute definition (which describes the characteristics of the attribute).
If you select an attribute within a block, AutoCAD LT snaps to the insertion point of the attribute, not the block. Therefore, if a block consists entirely of attributes, you can snap to its insertion point only if that point coincides with the insertion point for one of the attributes.
