Adjusting Snap and Grid

To turn on Snap mode and set snap spacing

1. From the Tools menu, choose Drawing Aids.
2. In the Drawing Aids dialog box under Snap, select On.
3. Under X Spacing, enter the horizontal snap spacing in units.
4. To specify the same vertical snap spacing, press ENTER. Otherwise, enter a new distance under Y Spacing.
5. Choose OK.
