Positioning Dimension Text Horizontally

To place text at the second extension line

1. From the Dimension menu, choose Style.
2. In the Dimension Styles dialog box, choose Format.
3. In the Format dialog box under Horizontal Justification, select Over 2nd Extension.

   The image tile reflects your selection.
   

4. Choose OK to exit each dialog box.
