Managing Layer Visibility in a Layout

To list layers that are frozen in the current viewport

1. Make sure that you are in floating model space.
2. On the status bar, MODEL is on and TILE is off.
3. Click in the floating viewport you want to make current.
4. On the Object Properties toolbar, click the Layer Control list box.
5. Look at the third column for the Freeze/Thaw in Current Viewports icon.
6. Click anywhere outside the Layer Control.
