The arrangement of a drawing on paper is an important part of the drawing process. By creating a layout in paper space, you can control how all the drawing elements are displayed and eventually plotted or printed.
You can use floating viewports in paper space to define several views of your drawing. You control the scale, orientation, and layer visibility of each view.
When working with a multiple-view drawing, you generally insert the title block in paper space. You can annotate the drawing either in paper space or in model space.
