You can use the Advanced Setup wizard to create a drawing layout. You can also specify a title block and you can choose whether you want to use paper space.
If you choose paper space, AutoCAD LT turns off the TILEMODE system variable (tiled viewports) and provides access to floating viewports and paper space. With TILEMODE turned off, you can use paper space to create complex, multiple-view drawings. AutoCAD LT inserts the title block you selected in paper space and creates a floating viewport. You can create new floating viewports to display additional views of model space.
If you do not choose paper space, TILEMODE stays on and AutoCAD LT inserts the title block in model space. Before starting to draw, you must scale the title block relative to the scale of your drawing. For example, if you plan to create a drawing at 1:4 scale, you must use Scale from the Modify menu to enlarge the title block by a factor of 4. You create the drawing at full size and then print it at 1:4 scale.
