ISO9660 Limitations:  

1. Maximum path and file name cannot exceed 128 bytes in length. 

[C:\directoryX\DirectoryY\myFileName .vcd]  

In general 1 English character uses 1 byte and 1 Chinese, Japanese or Korean character uses 2 bytes  

2. The number of directory levels cannot be greater than 15 deep.  

eg. c:\My Documents\govtsite\About T_M_P 

The above example shows a directory depth (or level) of 3.
