The Speed Optimization

The speed optimization is the normal mode. It uses the common settings that give the better results. Using this should normally be enough to configure your system, however, there might be some compatibility problem with your system.

The Compatibility Optimization

This preset uses settings that are known to work in most situation. If you don't want to spend some time fine tuning your Powertweak onfiguration, this one should be enough.

The Expert mode

In this mode, the check marks on the property pages are not greyed, you can control each of them individually, and use the description provided by the quickhelp to decide how to set it up.
