Setting a note's text from a file
Just as you can export a note’s text to a simple text file, you can read a simple text file into your notes. Right-click the desired note to produce its context menu. From this menu choose "Read from file…" in the "Text" submenu. A dialog will appear which will allow you to select a text file. Once you have done so, the note’s text will be replaced with whatever text is in the file.
Remember that this must be a simple text file. If you try to import, for example, a graphics file, you will not see an image appear in your note. To learn about setting a note's background image, see "Changing a note's style."
