i.Scribe is free!
Use it for as long as you want no strings attached. But you can register i.Scribe (for free) which gives for the benifts of notification of software updates and new versions. I suggest you use i.Scribe for awhile, collect together some thoughts and comments and then send them in with your registration.
There is a commercial version of i.Scribe, called InScribe to be released mid '99. InScribe will have some advanced features and configuration options but will otherwise be the same as i.Scribe. Some of the features only in InScribe:
