New product launch ! Welcome to the ProtoView WinX Component Library (WinX). WinX is a set of seventeen new and exciting ActiveX custom controls. These controls range from data entry fields for date, time and numeric input to graphical controls such as a dial and progress bar to a powerful treeview (hierarchical list) control. Using these controls you can build sophisticated applications with powerful features built right in.

Because they are ActiveX controls, the WinX Component Library can be used with any development environment that supports ActiveX.

• Mask Edit control - Formatted text input for phone numbers, account numbers and custom formats
• Date Edit control - Date input for all international formats with optional drop down calendar
• Currency control - Input and display of currency formats for all countries
• Calendar control - Displays 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year calendars
• Numeric Edit control - Complete flexibility for entering numeric data including exponential formats
• Time Edit control - Enter and display time values including current time
• Marquee control - Display text and pictures with colours and fonts in a streaming view
• Tree View control - Advanced tree view display, searching and sorting
• Button control - Display pictures or colour codes along with text
• Font Selection control - Allows users to choose font name and point size from available choices
• Picture control - Displays bitmaps, icons or metafiles in a picture frame context
• Percent Bar control - Displays progress bar with increment lines and chosen colours
• Line 3D control - Displays a wide variety of line types with 3 dimensional effects
• Multi-Directional Button control - Offers 4 directional arrow buttons for scrolling and panning
• Dial control - Displays a stereo volume dial that behaves as an enhanced scroll bar
• Shape 3D control - Displays a wide assortment of geometric shapes with 3 dimensional effects
